Tecnotree Opens New Customer Experience Center in Dubai; Strengthens Partnership with MTN

Tecnotree, a global provider of business management solutions for the telecom industry, recently inaugurated its first Customer Experience Center in a new office in the heart of JLT, business district of Dubai.

In this new Customer Experience Center, customers will be able to experience the cutting-edge Digital BSS Suite 5 products in an interactive manner. The opening ceremony was attended by Jens Schulte-Bockum, Group Chief Operating Officer, MTN, Nikos Angelopoulos, Group Chief Information Officer, MTN, Seppo Keränen, Commercial Counsellor at Business Finland and other dignitaries.

The presence of MTN leadership team reaffirms the long-term relationship of two decades with Tecnotree and continuation of the trusted partnership in the future with roll-out of Digital BSS Suite 5 within the MTN group, the first  of which  has already started in Ghana with the completion of deployment of Tecnotree’ s open-source based Digital Billing Engine.

The investment in a new facility is in line with Tecnotree’ s strategy of being adequately prepared for digital disruption and facilitates the company’s commitment to support its customers on a transformation journey from being a traditional Communications Services Provider to a Digital Services Provider.
