Smartphone Customer Care Provider B2X Secures $15M Funding, Expands to India via Acquisition of TSS

B2X Care Solutions, the leading provider of customer care solutions for smartphones, Tuesday announced that it has raised $15 Million funding led by Earlybird Venture Capital and acquired a majority stake in the ‘ The Service Solutions (TSS)’, an Indian company offering managed care services for smartphones.

TSS which is an Apple Authorized Service Providers (AASP) and Apple Authorized Reseller (AAR) in India, serves a wide range for smartphone OEMs, including Micromax, D-Link, HCL Infosystems, Voltas Limited, Fly Mobiles, and AnyData Technologies. Through this acquisition all TSS service stores will be rebranded as B2X Care Solutions and the existing management team will continue to drive business in India and Middle East for B2X, with Sreevathsa, CEO of TSS becoming the Managing Director of the new entity.

According to B2X, their cloud-based Smart Service Platform enables improved customer care and provides best practices across service delivery processes to ensure consistency and quality across service operations. The company claims that they are the preferred choice for smartphone manufacturers in more than 110 countries worldwide.
